60-Day Quality Assurance Guarantee

Applies to orders placed on or after 26 April 2025

We are committed to ensuring the quality of every piece we send out. If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, we offer a free replacement within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us immediately upon receiving your order if you notice a fault.

This guarantee covers:

  • Defective stitching or seams
  • Broken zippers, buttons, or fastenings
  • Fabric flaws (e.g. holes or obvious defects)
  • Incorrect item sent

Please note that this policy does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Sizing or fit issues
  • Color variations due to lighting or screens
  • Damage from incorrect care (e.g. washing or ironing)
  • False, exaggerated, or fabricated claims

All claims must be supported with clear photos and will be reviewed thoroughly. Any claim found to be misleading or invalid will not be approved. Requests will be assessed carefully, and approval is at our sole discretion.

Please note:

We offer exchanges, or store credit under this policy. Only one free replacement will be provided per approved claim. If you delay reporting a manufacturing issue, it may affect the outcome of your claim.

How to report a faulty item:

Contact us at via the contact form below or through our email info@nourmodesty.com within 60 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the fault emailed to: info@nourmodesty.com
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • The date you received the item

Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
