How do I know the length will suit my height?

We include garment lengths in the size chart. If you’re petite or tall, we offer guidance or options tailored for different heights.

What fabric do you use? Is it see-through?

We use high-quality, breathable, and opaque fabrics designed for modest wear. Each product page includes fabric details.

Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?

At the moment, we don’t offer custom sizes, but stay tuned! We’re always working to expand our size-inclusive options.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from Melbourne, Australia, however we also have fulfillment centers in USA, UK and EU. In some cases we try to ship from our international manufacturing warehouses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $60 no matter where you are located!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition. Some items like sale or custom items may be final sale.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Care Instructions

How do I wash and care for my abaya/dress?

We recommend gentle hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fabric quality.

Is it safe to iron my abaya/dress?

Yes, but always use a low to medium heat setting. For delicate fabrics like organza, chiffon or satin, steam is a safer option. If using an iron, turn the garment inside out or place a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric.

My dress has a scent from packaging — how do I freshen it?

It is normal for new packaging to leave a scent, we advise to hang the garment in fresh air for a few hours or lightly mist with a fabric refresher. All packaging scents will naturally fade after a short time.
