Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the exclusions outlined below, including regional restrictions. By placing an order through our website, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@nourmodesty.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse, address will be given upon confirming return request.
If your return is accepted, customers will need to provide their own return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We also cannot make any changes to an order like cancelling or swapping out items once an order has been placed.
Please note that for sale items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for U.S. orders once delivery has been completed, except in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
By placing an order with a U.S. delivery address, you acknowledge and agree that returns for change of mind, sizing issues, dissatisfaction, or delays are not accepted. Any approved resolutions for U.S. orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pre-order
Pre-order items are reserved and allocated specifically once an order is placed. For this reason, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is being specially reserved for you and that estimated dispatch dates may be subject to reasonable delays due to production, supplier, or shipping factors.
Pre-order items are final sale unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Store credit or exchange may be offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, however this is not guaranteed and does not override our pre-order policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sale items, discounted products, and purchases made during a promotional period are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation. This is clearly stated on our product pages and policy.
UK Customers: As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Final Sale items are legally exempt from return when this is disclosed at purchase.
We do not provide refunds for issues such as:
- Shipment or courier delays
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing due to personal measurement errors
Information:
Orders that qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund if items are returned for reasons other than fault or error on our part (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size). This shipping cost depends on the location of the delivery. Shipping costs are non refundable for all express and standard shipping. There is a restocking fee of 10% on all refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges. There may be a custom and duty reshipment fee for all exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide or contacting us prior to purchase if you are unsure about sizing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
