Processing times: Processing times may vary depending on many factors, most dresses are processed within 1-4 working days. Please note that deliveries to the USA may experience delays due to tariffs and other external factors beyond our control. We recommend checking the postal network for any up to date delays.

Free shipping on standard items will be applied on all orders over $65. Free Shipping on all orders over $85 USD for USA orders. $35 Flat fee rate for all express shipping methods.

Shipping delivery times are estimates (Please note that these are just estimated times and they could vary depending on the whereabouts of the delivery address, the workload, freight delays, logistics company). 

  • Allow additional working days for express international shipping (although most take less than 5 working days, there may be logistic, customs related or other external delays beyond our control that are not the responsibility of Nour Modesty)
  • Allow extra working days for standard international shipping
  • Shipping delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the delivery location, customs clearance, logistics partners, and postal network conditions. Nour Modesty is not responsible for delays once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may be extended during peak seasons or global public holidays, including Christmas and New Year, due to worldwide courier and customs delays beyond our control. Please give an additional 7 working day period on all orders, standard and express.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Parcels shipped to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States are generally not subject to import tariffs or customs duties. Most shipments clear customs smoothly without additional charges.

However, some express parcels (shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx) may be randomly screened by customs authorities. In such cases, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure accurate declarations and the fastest possible clearance times.

  • Delivery times may vary due to the Post Delivery Network. Nour Modesty is not responsible for any delays or customs charges that may relate to your online purchases.
  • Nour Modesty are not responsible for late arrivals, undelivered packages (due to customer not being home to collect), delayed delivery due to delays in the Post Delivery Network or any delays related to logistics partners, customs delays, or any other logistics, maintenance or external factors.
  • Nour Modesty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, tariffs, import duties, or international taxes or longer processing and shipping times to the USA due to customs tariffs and additional clearance procedures.
  • Nour Modesty do not process shipping Saturday through Sunday (working days only included with estimated shipping times).
  • International orders, especially Express shipments to the USA, may incur customs tariffs, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
  • Nour Modesty are not responsible for any delays in processing orders due to peak rush hours, supply and demand, shipping delays, quality checks, ironing, or the packing of individual garments.
  • Please allow an additional 3-7 working days beyond the estimated delivery or processing times, even for express shipping. After this period, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Delivery times may increase during promotional periods.
  • Please allow 24 hours for the warehouse to process your order if it was placed on a Weekend or Public Holiday
  • We are based in Australia, we try to ship from our international manufacturing warehouses.
  • Once your order has been scanned you will receive a shipping email and you will be able to begin tracking your shipping.
  • Some orders will be delivered between 7am and 9pm and will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox including information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest Post outlet.
  • Once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address, Nour Modesty takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that may occur.
  • Failure to pay import duties or respond to customs clearance requests may result in delays, returned shipments, or loss of the parcel. Nour Modesty is not liable for any losses in such cases.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Nour Modesty is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered parcels due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing unit, apartment, or postal details

We cannot modify addresses once an order is placed. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, it may not reach us, many international couriers dispose of undeliverable mail.

We are unable to offer refunds or free replacements for parcels lost due to customer-provided address errors.

Delivery Disclaimer

Please note that all deliveries are carried out by third-party courier services. Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery is managed by the assigned courier.

Couriers may attempt to contact you prior to delivery and/or send a delivery notification. However, in some cases, the courier may choose to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address (e.g., at the front door, mailbox, or a safe place) if they deem it appropriate.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Delivery may occur without a signature
  • Parcels may be left unattended at your address
  • Nour Modesty is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier

We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or providing specific delivery instructions where possible.

    NOTE: Nour Modesty will not be responsible for the costs of returning any products for refunds/exchanges. We highly recommend the use of tracking when returning items incase of missing mail.

    Shipping estimates do not include our 1-4 business day processing time. Refunds are not accepted for delays that occur within the advertised delivery timeframe.

    Middle East Shipping Notice

    Due to ongoing regional disruptions and security developments across parts of the Middle East, international carriers including FedEx, DHL, and other logistics providers may experience operational delays or temporary service adjustments.

    While shipments to and from the Middle East are continuing where it is safe and permitted by local authorities, transit times may be extended beyond standard delivery estimates. These delays are outside the control of Nour Modesty and are dependent on carrier operations, customs processing, and local conditions in the destination country.

    The safety of courier personnel and logistics teams remains the highest priority for our shipping partners. As a result, carriers may modify routes, pause services, or implement additional security and customs procedures where necessary.

    Customers are encouraged to monitor the progress of their shipment using the tracking number provided after dispatch. For the most up-to-date status information, please refer directly to the courier’s tracking portal.

    Please note that shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, regional instability, customs processing, or force majeure events are not eligible for refunds, shipping reimbursements, or compensation, in accordance with our Shipping Policy and the applicable carrier service terms.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding while global logistics providers continue to navigate these evolving circumstances.

        Q: My shipping says my order has arrived, but it hasn’t. What do I do?

        In instances like this, we suggest getting in contact with the courier service so they can get in touch with the courier who was in charge of your delivery. If they’re still unable to locate the item, send us a detailed email to info@nourmodesty.com and we will assist to lodge an investigation with them to resolve this inconvenience for you as quickly as possible. Please note that investigations may not always be successful as we have no control over the parcel once the parcel leaves our warehouse facility.

        Q: I ordered the wrong size/entered the wrong address! Can you please change it for me?

        Oh no, We are unable to amend your order after it's been created. This is because as soon as an order is made, it's processed to get orders out as quickly as possible! If you have purchased the sale during promotional period, this unfortunately cannot be accepted due to our terms and conditions.
